That make- up around your eye is certainly an eye-catcher! I quite like how random and candid this shot is, it looks very natural - despite the make-up 
I wonder why it looks so grainy though, did you add a bit of noise? Going by your camera stats, 100 ISO should result in a fairly clear picture.
Also, I just noticed something slightly weird yet cool. Your laptop and arm seem to be melting into one another, very cool effect, you have me wondering how you did that now!
Overall, I'd like to see more of your face, which should also be sharper. The background could be blurrier to really highlight your face. Also, I'd probably saturate/desaturate various areas to enhance them more.
